The hotel has a beautiful and unique decor, resembling a cave. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great. the location offers an amazing view of the city and mountains, perfect for watching hot air balloons in the morning. the hotel staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to please guests.

Accessibility can be a challenge for people with mobility restrictions due to steep driveways.

The breakfast was good with variety and the staff was helpful in arranging transport. The location was convenient and there were many places to eat and drink nearby. Plus, the room was comfortable enough for a few nights' stay.

The property was not well-maintained with dust, spider webs, and sewage smells in the bathroom. The access to the hotel was steep and not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Our weekend stay at the cave hotel was okay. the location was near some popular attractions, and the room's interior was unique and cozy. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included local specialties and fresh fruits.

We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the room was not well-maintained, and there were some spider webs around.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel; my cave room was cozy, well-equipped and clean with a fireplace, hammam and bathtub. Despite having no windows, the thoughtful interior design made up for it. The hotel staff was caring and made me feel like family during breakfast, delicious and varied. the hotel had great facilities, was well-located with easy transportation, and the staff was friendly.
